[Cialug] Wireless Authentication with Open Source Tools

In the not-quite OSS, but Linux friendly camp is the Ubiquiti WAP's. They
will do captive portal with their controller software, which will run on
Linux. We're running them at Area515, and I know some other LUG members are
using them at work.

I think I recall seeing an option with the Mikrotik / Routerboard stuff too.
