[Cialug] Way out there question

Ok, so this one's barely holding on to linux by a thread.  I downloaded and
compiled lirc for cygwin.  I have an HDHomeRun (YAY, or should I say WOOT
for $90!) and I'm trying to grab the UDP broadcast IR signals and make them
useful in Win7 media center.  I know so far that irrecord is indeed picking
up the signals.  Now I just need figure out how to get the commands to MCE.
Anyone have ANY thoughts?  I'm not terribly familiar with cygwin and how it
works.
