[Cialug] Update maven2 in Ubuntu 8.04 LTS

We do need to upgrade the box at some point, this is a 2 year old distro,
and I'm guessing the LTS part of it is short-term now.

I got it working by downloading 2.0.11 from Apache, and un-tarring it in
place.  Of course, I did move the previous directory first. The one change I
had to do, was I had to set the M2_HOME environment variable.  Odd, I didn't
have to do that with 2.0.8.
