[Cialug] Summer Picnic?

I agree w/ Josh, someone just needs to pick a reasonable date and 
schedule it. Just make sure to avoid any big holidays, or anything like 
a Battlestar Galactica maraton on the SciFi (or ScyFy???) channel.

We've done a number of these in the past, we've never had a huge 
turnout, but those that do show up have had a fun time.
