Does a good job of duplicating the DVD structure on the hard drive.
>From there, you can play the "DVD" using Xine with a command like:

xine dvd://path/to/dvdbackup/files

It will work just like the regular DVD, complete with menus, alternate
language tracks, subtitles, etc.
