I seem to recall reading a news article a few years ago trumpeting the
agreement that Mediacom and Sprint had reached. If I remember correctly,
Mediacom subs their VOIP service out to Sprint. I also seem to recall that
the VOIP service rides on Sprint's network, not Mediacom's.

 Perhaps this explains the two IP addresses...
