pscp is fine, and probably the best choice if you're going to be  
scripting things or doing command-line work.

But I'll second WinSCP, at least if you're expecting a GUI interface.  
It has both a dual-column remote<->local interface, and a looks-like- 
local-folders interface that make it pretty easy for Windows users to  
understand it and drag things around. It also supports GSSAPI, which  
putty and the related tools do not.
