   I was incorrect, the sysad told me they were running Courier, I
checked on the server and it was actually wu_imapd.  That teaches me to
trust what a sysad tells me.  So it is wu_imapd that can't have folders
with both folders and messages in them (actually an mbox limitation).

   That eliminates any criticism I have on courier as I have never run
it (home is cyrus and has been for YEARS).
