[Cialug] dry pair

Amazing, that's almost exactly how it happened when I switched from CAP to DMT!

The only difference was on those first 4 calls, each time I asked about and
was assured there wasn't going to be a long outage, i.e. greater than 1 day.

I'm sure you can guess what happened.
