I don't know anything about ordering a Dry Pair, but here's the General
Rules for ordering stuff from them:

1. Call customer service, place an order. They'll say it's all
hunky-dory and your delivery date is (day "a") which sound reasonable.

2. Wait until (day "a"). When service is not delivered, call customer
service back. Find out that the service order was not actually ordered,
but the rep typed some notes in your account, and that they would be
happy to actually take the order now. It's all good, and they'll have
the service ready on (day "b").

3. Wait until (day "b"). When service isn't delivered, call customer
service again. They tell you that the service order was sent to the
engineers today. The engineers will then schedule the service.

4. Call the engineers. They confirm that they did get your order today,
but your service won't be enabled for quite a while, they'll schedule it
on (day "c").. which is a long time away.

5. Freak out, demand to talk to a manager. Tell them how bad they suck.
Get them to promise turn your service on the next business day...

6. Call back the next day, find out the procedure got delayed, but
they'll get to it in a week or so...

There may be additional delays and freaking out involved, and if you
scream loud enough, they may even pro-rate your bill to give you a free
month of service or something.
