[Cialug] LCD flat panel

I love my flat panel monitor.  I didn't realize how much my monitor
hummed until I got rid of it.  I bought a 17" LG from Newegg for $180
AR about 8 months ago.  A 17" LCD is more like an 18" CRT (the whole
viewable thing).  That allowed me to increase my resolution, and still
be able to see without a set of binoculars. :-)
