[Cialug] Server Distros

I would not have chosen cent 7 at the time that they moved from cent 6, but
I am sure that someone wiser than me made that choice, and in the end that
ended up making a better choice than Cent8 for longterm updates. (not that
they could have known that at the time)

To be fair, "stable" means different things for different distros. I have
yet to see how well cent stream is going to behave, but at this point I am
taking the fool me once stance on redhat as a company.
