[Cialug] Docker

I have to say GitOps rules. It's very cool to make changes to an app, push
to a repo, and have the changes live a few minutes later.

Personally I like using Gitea, Drone, Flux v2, and Kubernetes but if you
don't want the complexity of running everything yourself GitHub actions are
very cool.
