Yes it is limited, my current plan is $10 a mo with the 1st gb high speed
and then limited after that. As I currently have it in a hot spot I have
not used the phone service. If you want more "high speed" data it costs
more, and they do a terrible job of showing their plans pre signing up
(they are kinda sleazy like that)
Their main SIM cards are on sprint and do include phone and text... I am on
the AT&T MVNO option that requires you making your calls via a voip app
(but for my use case I really didn't care or use it)

I would not recommend it for phone service but for a price control of my
mobile data usage it was just what I was looking for.
