>From me Ubuntu's strength is the desktop, and a ton of tested packages for
current stuff.   Unbuntu makes it easy to "develop on what you run on".
 Pre RHEL 8,  I always felt the desktop development environment was
lacking.   "More of the stuff I use just works on Unbuntu".   For example,
using the Atom editor in RHEL 8, deleting files is broken because of a
reference to gfs trash.  It works correctly on Ubuntu.
