[Cialug] Linux for Asus Eee

I have a friend that wants to try out Linux. They have an old Asus Eee 904
netbook they are willing to use. It had Windows XP on it but its really
slow when running that.

I know that's a much older netbook. No PAE support for it (at least I don't
think there is anyway.) Which means newer versions of Ubuntu and others
wont run on it.

Any ideas as to what would be some of the better distros for it?
