PC-BSD is FreeBSD with some "desktop-friendly" configuration, and
FreeBSD 10 ships with clang, though I'm not sure which version.  So from
one point of view, lots of people are using clang on PC-BSD.

Is cc on PC-BSD 10 not clang?  If not, what is it?
