FYI, since I just had to do this again...

To clear site cookies in Chrome, go to the menu, Settings, type "cookies"
in the search at the top.

You'll see the Privacy section, and a big button that says "All cookies and
site data". Click it.

Type the site name in the "Search cookies" field, i.e. "cialug.org". It
will show just the matching cookies. Click the "Remove all" button, which
will remove just the displayed cookies. Click Done and / or close the
settings tab.
