[Cialug] $10 Arduino Boards Status

It's October, so it's time for an update.

All of the boards are built, tested, and are in the States; and some of the
boards have already been received.

Shipments are being prioritized on a first-ordered-first-shipped basis.
 Since we ordered last'ish we'll get ours last'ish.
