[Cialug] File download issue

That's pretty frustrating. I have had it happen for numerous reasons, often
network related or something out of your control.

If you can find the full URL to the file, then open a terminal and go to the
same folder where your partially downloaded file is and run this:

wget -c http://url

This should continue it. If it fails mid-way or fails to resume the file and
then fails you can just hit the up arrow and enter key to continue
downloading it.
