[Cialug] Super low powered 2+ NIC Router?

Looking for a recommendation on a small, low power (< 20w idle pref.), 
Linux based (supporting htb/iptables + upgradeable kernel) router/server 
with or without wifi, but above all having at least two Ethernet ports.

Small is good, or something that would fit in 1U rack mount.

And if you happen to have such a device laying around, you may feel free 
to try to sell it to me off-list. =)
