[Cialug] Novell wins SCO case...

No, they've been fighting merrily along using bankruptcy as their cloak. After the last verdict was appealed and remanded back for a jury trial, this is where the saga is at. Apparently, there is still some lawsuits remaining with SUSE in Switzerland and IBM in Utah. So, more to come, I guess.
