I have a few of those too. In an earlier life I worked in Dept 71J at 
IBM's East Fishkill lab, and helped to develop the first R/W 8" drive 
(Project Igar - which shipped as the 33FD):

It started out with only a 128k capacity, but it was a definite 
improvement over paper/mylar punched media! :)
