Nick,

I've heard that that can happen due to the way that Mediacom does their
filtering.  I think it might be reverse osmosis.

If you like, you can research the issue and report it as a lightning
talk on Wednesday.

I would like to note that this email caused allot of heavy packets to
get stuck in my internet pipes. Can someone tell me why they always do
that on Mediacom???
