[Cialug] kubuntu 9.10 & grub

I think the issue there is that the last time I tried SUM (startupmanager)
it wasn't quite ready for grub2 yet.  it works and handles basics (like
default OS), but you can do a lot more with the files. (if you know what
you're doing).
