Zimbra on Ubuntu 8.04 LTS is a good choice because Zimbra on Ubuntu is
supported by the maker (Zimbra) and Ubuntu 8.04 LTS is supported by its
maker (Canonical). Zimbra on CentOS is supported by Zimbra but CentOS, being
a RHEL clone is not supported by its maker (RedHat).

Just my opinion, but of course it may be skewed a bit because a: I felt
screwed by RedHat when they stopped supporting RHL (the chosen platform for
a product my previous company built) and b: I work for Canonical. :-) (and
