Another similar "free" option, on the TRK (Trinity Rescue Kit) linux boot CD
has a disk clone utility on it. TRK is a handy disc to have around.

If you want a commercial product, look at Acronis. You can boot it from a CD
(runs Linux), copy a partition to an image on a local drive, a USB drive, or
a network (smb, ftp...) share. They also have an agent that can run on a
Windows PC.
