[Cialug] Any VB folks around?

Having a devil of a time creating a new VM on a Ubuntu machine, .. don't
know where the problem lies:

> Create the VM on an OpenSuSE box
> Exported an appliance
> Imported the appliance on the Ubuntu machine
> The new VM starts & runs fine, BUT HAS NO ACCESS TO THE NETWORK!

It is created properly with a bridged interface, .. and the IP is correct
for the NIC on the host machine, as is the route; the if is UP on the VM
* pingable, but can't connect to the host IF.
