VirtualBox runs as a service with kernel modules supporting the
hardware calls, as does VMware Server. Xen requires a Xen kernel to
use it. Not sure if you can run VirtualBox or VMware Server under a
Xen kernel, though. If the kernel modules for VirtualBox or VMware
Server can compile and load under the Xen kernel, then it should work.

I would not run Xen and VirtualBox or VMware Server at the same time,
though. Shut down the VMs and services for one prior to starting them
for the other and you should be OK. Try to run them both at the same
time? "Thar be Dragons!"
