OK, I found the way to do it.
It does need tcsh (or a shell that supports correction anyway):

ILA-Mac:~ bryan$ tcsh
[ILA-Mac:~] bryan% set correct=all
[ILA-Mac:~] bryan% bill gates

CORRECT>kill gates (y|n|e|a)? no
bill: Command not found.
