Before you do anything else do this:

ls -l /etc/apt/

You'll see a list of files go by, one of them will be sources.list.
Look to see if there is also a sources.list~ or something else that
starts with sources.list

Look at the last modified time and date. Anything interesting happen
around then? Follow a tutorial for installing something new?

Somehow you've set yourself up to be on sid which is the always
experimental version of Debian. Some people love it because they are
always on the edge of new technologies, but its also the place where
you're most likely to have problems.
