I suppose if it were close to some milestone I might keep it running until
the goal was reached.  Beyond that I'd shut it down.  There are likely
security issues with software that's been running 10+ years that aren't
getting patched.  Assuming you removed the network cable so it's "secure"
and also not spewing any unnecessary traffic onto your network, now it's just
drawing power and creating heat. I don't like excesses of those in my server rooms.
