NotifyLink was also recommended, .. but that is a 'conduit'. What would one
use for the store? Zimbra? Open-Xchange? Would they require [commercial]
'Exchange Connectors' to provide connectify to Evolution or Thunderbird?

What would be used for a server? I have not seen any good 'stores'
[servers] - neither BES nor Exchange tools are OS; and Groupwise, while not
OS at least RUNS on Linux seems to be NRFPT.
