See if one of the non-MSN Qwest hosts would do the job. I'm assuming they don't care about SMTP auth for an internal IP (but I may be wrong).

OK, it seems that 'The Spamhaus' has registered all dynamic address from
qwest as suspect and tells you to use the qwest outgoing mail server. A
call to qwest and they gave me name of 'smtp.live.com' as an outgoing
smarthost, but of course it requires authentication on the outbound and
qwest techies don't know Linux. So, back to my spot between a rock and a
hard spot.

So, is anyone willing to smarthost me? I seldom send more than 15 mails a
week and its only me.
