AFAIK they are not offering it in Des Moines, or at least not Ankeny.
And in any case, it's not fiber-to-the-home.  It's
fiber-to-the-neighborhood - basically meaning that they deliver fiber
to a pod in your neighborhood from which they can deliver higher DSL
speeds because of the reduced distance that runs over copper.
