[Cialug] Resetting screen resolution in SuSE 10.2

I'm not sure what you need to do change the settings for a live CD.
However, on my widescreen in the XF86config file, under the subsection
"Display" I had to add the mode "1680x1050"

Here's what it looks like:

        Identifier "Screen0"
        Device     "Videocard0"
        Monitor    "Monitor0"
        DefaultDepth     24
        SubSection "Display"
                Depth     24
                Modes    "1680x1050" "1400x1050" "1280x1024" "1280x960"
