Try http://www.dynamicdrive.com/.  I've found some decent scripts there that
seem to work on multiple platforms.

You might also try <link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="cssfile.css"
/> instead of @import.  I thought I ran into a case where IE had a problem
with @import.
