[Cialug] Introduction

No, tools don't wear hats. But sometimes the users who use them do.
:-) Or sometimes, the users are just tools themselves.

Hmmm... an example of some difficulty that I've had is with the program
Firewalk. I was exposed to it in a SANS class, and it seems to be an
interesting program. So, I downloaded the RPM and it looked like the
program installed itself OK - but I cannot seem to get it to run. In
the Windows world, I would say that it looks like there is no path to
the executable, perhaps? DSniff is another program that I had the same
difficulty with. Probably easy enough to figure out, but I haven't
quite yet put my finger on the solution. Both appear in the Package
Manager, too.

Sean

Like what? Sometimes the commands are named differently than the
packages. Or maybe you're talking about a GUI program, and you can't
find where it's socked it in foot menu?
