[Cialug] Hard Drive Crashed

Interesting you should mention that.

This last week I have been using spinrite to check a stack of drives I have.
It is hard to find a drive in really good condition.

I haven't been very successful with spinrite to recover data but it will
give you really good insight into how well you can trust your drive.
