For anyone who was at the meeting; the device I had was the Linksys NSLU2
NAS device.  Runs on an IXP4XX based arm processor, has 1 ethernet and 2 USB
"host" ports.  Mine was modified to include a USB "device" port and a serial
port.  Any information you could want on operating this device on linux can
be found at www.nslu2-linux.org.
