In case no one answered you:

It's "PuTTY", an open source Windows program that allows one to SSH to
another machine in flexible ways.  Unlike most Windows software, it's
light, quick, self-contained, and works.  I've used it in the past to
get into my home box from a public terminal that had no restrictions
on downloading stuff, but did prevent the user from creating
directories.  Because PuTTY is one solid executable, I had no problem.
 PuTTY has many siblings.
