Sonicwall email security (formerly mailfrontier) is excellent too.  It runs
on much FOSS stuff as an appliance, on Windows Server or Solaris Sparc.
I've been using it for about 2 years now and we are pretty happy with it.

Too bad the fisher price of computer security bought mailfrontier.
