[Cialug] multiple monitors - different resolutions

I'm using Suse 10.1 on an ibm thinkpad that I put onto a docking station and
prefer to use both the notebook screen and a (docking station) attached monitor.

Having all that dual screen real estate is awesome, but I'm having issues
with the resolution difference between the notebook and flat panel monitor.
(Some of the problem is probably related to the fact
that the monitor maxes out at 1280 x 1024.)

I don't see where I can config separate resolutions for each display, or
perhaps this is not currently supported.  Has anyone else run into this issue?

(I do have the linux ATI drivers already installed.)
