[Cialug] OT: Swap meet and used stuff?

I think it's a good idea.  Occassionally, people will bring stuff to the
meetings to give away or sell cheap.  We've also done an "InstallFest/Swap
Meet" before.  I don't know if we could do something like this for Software
Freedom Day.
