[Cialug] Newbie question - connecting PS2 mouse/keyboard to USB port on Linux box

It sounds like things are getting confused.  I'd try 2 USB adapters
first.  Hopefully that takes care of the problem.  Otherwise, it could
be an X configuration issue.
