[Cialug] Slightly OT: SPAM selling a SPAM company.

I have my own domain name, and recently I received the same e-mail at
addresses such as support, uucp, administrator, majordomo, postmaster,
etc. I've now received this e-mail at 12 different addresses, all of
which are commonly used for other purposes (such as majordomo). I
don't use any of these addresses, I just happened to get them as part
of my "catch-all" address. The e-mail (opened safely in a text based
client) contains the following:

easy...

email advertise like this to 8,000,000 people this week for free...

http://www.broadcastemailgroup.com/

the above non commercial offer is directed at non commercial
charities only. push charity info on site for details. this offer is
not a commercial service that is absolutely not at all available
for sale or lease or trade of any kind.

This sounds like a SPAM company to me. The e-mails do not include a
way to remove addresses (I wouldn't anyway, but that's beside the
point). Isn't this a violation of the CAN-SPAM act? Is there
anything I can/should do? The headers are not all the same, but the
body is identical between the messages.
