[Cialug] DSL v. Cable (Ankeny)

Based on price vs performance which vendor would you recommend.
Marshallnet seems to have the best prices going for a 3-5MB down and 1MB
up for $25 a month, but I know nothing about the reliability of the
service.  Are you familiar with this company?
