[Cialug] LTSP and importance of resources

On a box running LTSP what is the most important resource in order to keep
the client machines running quickly?  I'm guessing memory and after that I/O
bandwidth then CPU, but can anyone with practical experience speak to it?

Also, the programs are actually executing on the host correct?  The client
is mostly an X-server that happens to run Linux to provide that service if I
understand correctly.
