How hard is this to install? And can you whitelist mailing lists? Or 
will individual users sending to the list get confirmation mails?

99.9% of my email at tim at perdue.net is spam or mailing lists (like this 
one) All my mailing lists are piped straight to the trash, where I may 
browse if the subject looks interesting enough before emptying the 
trash. The problem is, a lot of spam is now coming with the right To: 
address, so it gets sent to my inbox.
