[Cialug] Des Moines Area ISPs

[n00b]

i'm using vonage (www.vonage.com) on my cable. works great. never have had
a problem. voip kills ma bell for value. but it is still a new technology
up against a very rich bell system that is trying all kinds of stuff to
get it over regulated, if i remember right.
